Understanding our shipping and handling fees - Each piece ordered goes through an extensive hand washing and hand polishing process before it is wrapped with multiple layers of paper.  This ensures its safe arrival and  guarantees that you are then presented with the most beautiful hand painted glassware.  Our shipping fees are calculated by product weight and are based on the U.S. Postal Service shipping fees.  We do not make any profit from our shipping and handling fees.

Upon receipt of your order, every effort is made to process it by the same business day so that you can expect to receive it within 4 to 5 business days.  The majority of shipments are sent via U. S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

We do not ship packages  Internationally.

We will gladly accept returns.   If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for credit toward the purchase of another product or full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase.  Due to the nature of some orders, a 25% restocking fee may be applied.  Please email us at customersupport@festiveglassware.com for return authorization.
