Who is the artist that creates these designs?
American artist, Raenell Accetta whose studio is in Florida. While carefully recreating the artistic elements of a particular design, each piece is then recreated by the hand of one of our talented artists.
How many designs are there?
We currently offer 42 different designs. The designs range from whimsical to sophisticated to patriotic. More are added as Raenell creates them.
How many different products are offered?
All told, there are over 500 products, when taking into consideration the 42 designs available. We currently offer stemware and barware that includes champagne, margarita, martini, and wine glasses, as well as, shot glasses and beer glasses. Matching glass drink coasters, carafes, and wine bottle stoppers complete the set for the most unique gifts online. We have recently added a 2-piece heart shaped jewelry box.
How are the designs applied to the glassware?
The five day creation process begins with hand painting multi-layers of color with individual curing times required between coats. Intense heat is applied during the two step firing process followed by hours of gradual cooling in a tightly controlled environment. Each piece is then uniquely embellished with a hand painted signature glass gem. Lastly, the artist signs each piece, insuring its authenticity.
Is this glassware guaranteed?
Each hand painted beauty is unique – no two pieces are exactly alike. Therefore, the product you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for full credit toward the purchase of another product or full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase. Can I add a gift card?
We will gladly include a gift note. Type, up to 10 words, in the space provided on the order form.
How long will it take for me to receive my products?
Upon receipt of your order, we make every effort to ship your products so that you will receive them within 4 to 5 business days. Although an inventory of stock is maintained, each one of a kind piece takes five days to complete.
Is this glassware dishwasher safe?
No, but by spending the extra moment it takes to hand wash these heirlooms of tomorrow, you will be rewarded with many years of enjoyment.
What shipping options are available?
We ship to the Continental U.S.; Alaska and Hawaii, only. Your purchase will be shipped via USPS.

Each piece ordered goes through an extensive hand washing and hand polishing process before it is wrapped with multiple layers of paper. This ensures its safe arrival and guarantees that you are then presented with the most beautiful hand painted glassware.
What security measures are in place to protect my credit card order?
Our payment gateway has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Security of information in transit to and from our web site is encrypted. We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls.
How will my personal information be used?
We collect the email address of our customers and those who communicate with us via email. We aggregate information on what pages customers’ access or visit, and information volunteered by the customers, such as survey information and/or site registrations, for internal review purposes only. We do not sell our customer information to other companies. If you do not want to receive any emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail and telling us.
